I think I pretty much had the same thought as the woman in my cartoon when I heard that U.S. Intelligence has determined that Russians are paying the Taliban to target American soldiers in Afghanistan. Yes, the same U.S. Intelligence that previously determined that there are WMD in Iraq, causing hundreds of thousands of deaths.

Seriously, why are our troops still in Afghanistan?
